My extensive experience spans over 20 years. I completed my original training in Quebec, Canada in 1990 with a focus on Swedish and Deep-Tissue massage. For many years, I kept a strict adherence to those established styles. Recognizing a need to greater impact the body, mind and spirit as a whole, I was introduced to Vibrational Healing Massage in 2005 which brought about a deep paradigm shift in treatment focus. Being told it greatly resembled Thai Massage, I completed training in Nuad Bo-Rarn (Northern style Thai Massage) in Chiang Mai, Thailand in 2006. Continued self-improvement led to the completion of a yoga teacher training program in 2008 at Yandara in Baja California, Mexico.
My techniques and evolving style are an amalgam of training, experience and intuition. My focus is on alignment and a clear expectation of well-being. Suggestions during my massage treatments are to "Breathe" and "Let Go". Together with willingness, I assure you that you will leave my studio in a state of greater awareness, alignment and wellness.

Mark has been a licensed massage therapist for over 6 years. He began his studies in California and completed his certification at The Massage Institute of Cape Cod. His evolving technique includes elements from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Triggerpoint Therapy and Reflexology.
His primary goals in a session are to promote healing, relaxation, and to help the client "let go" of the stress of our fast paced world for the duration of the treatment. Treatments are customized to accommodate specific needs, body types and conditions of all kinds. His focused massage is strong, flowing and thorough.

Jason is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy . He has an unparalleled passion for providing Western traditional and holistic healing techniques through the artistry of therapeutic massage. Combined with his focus on client communication and interaction, optimal results are possible.
Jason is trained and experienced in a variety of techniques including his continuing mastery of Triggerpoint and Myofacial Release. His innate gift for palpation combined with his keen sense of touch and pressure allow for the relief of muscular tension, aches and pains with minimal discomfort. His unique gifts allow him to treat an array of conditions from the highly trained athlete to the elderly and severely disabled. Together, a treatment will be created that works best for your current condition and needs.

JENNIFER KOPEC

Jen Kopec is our junior member having recently graduated from Spa Tech Institute with concentrations in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. Jen brings her experience as a Forrest Yoga Instructor & Reiki practitioner to her massage practice.
Jen's strong encouragement and support from her community has allowed her to trust her intuition and offer guidance to others.
Jen's primary focus is to remain client-centered, encourage relaxation, maintain a safe space and meet clients in their current state of being. She hopes to allow the shared experience to benefit all in their well-being.
